No one in the party visiting Kenya for the first time had expectations of seeing baboons on our trip, so when we spotted them on our loop around Lake Naivasha it was quite a surprise. They’re very inquisitive and sweet-looking, but apparently will steal away with your phone if you give them a chance. We spotted them several times over the next couple of days, mostly moving in groups of 30 or more. The locals would pass them on the street with barely a consideration.
