We all struggle with emotions; we all doubt ourselves and think of giving up. It's normal to feel like this, and I have been there. I made myself believe that I wasn't worth it...

Still, only a few gather their strength together and decide to be better, turning their anger and emotions into something productive. That's something I recommend everyone do: direct your emotions into something positive. Stop being depressive, sitting in the dark waiting for your day to come. The world is amazing, and life too. You can use those emotions for something great; you just need to believe in it and believe that you can do it too. Success is rare because only a few are determined to work for it. Nothing will come out of nowhere, and letting your emotions control you will just make you feel like you have schizophrenia. Your emotions, even if wrong, will make you feel like they are real, and all you want is to give up.

STOP, build, create, make the best out of it.

You only live once; be happy and let those bad emotions go away.
