This is an extra special Milky Way as it was taken shortly after Monument Valley re-opened after being closed for more than a year during the Covid pandemic. It was open only to guests of the hotel and I chose to stay there specifically so I could photograph the stars. I was not able to photograph from the view point as it was still closed, so this was taken from the restaurant patio which is a unique angle. I love the way our galaxy shines over this almost extraterrestrial landscape.

Pillars of the Earth is a series of collections being released across platforms featuring my favorite subjects to shoot, rocky outcrops of the earth. These include sea stacks and arches, stone monoliths, spires, and arches, and rocky mountains. I love the way these extensions of the earth reach into the sky and unify sky and land.
Timeless is a small collection of editions capturing timeless landscapes under ephemeral skies. The collection explores the passage of time by showcasing the same location during the day and night. The first drop is 4 photos of two locations in Utah with 20 editions of each.
About the Artist Arwin Levinson is a landscape photographer based in Las Vegas who loves to photograph the beauty of the American West under dramatic skies. Her goal is to capture the conditions that best enhance her favorite locations.
