Victor Langlois AKA Fewocious, came on the NFT scene in August of 2020, and since then has been showing the NFT community what a teenager can do. As a profile in Esquire noted, “…he is the youngest artist ever to be featured by Christie’s and the first to crash its site…” and for good reason. The personal, colorful, sometimes joyful aesthetic is married to a raw emotional authenticity about the struggles and triumphs of becoming yourself, under the gaze of others. Victor is intimately aware that within the joy of authentic existence comes pain as well, as a young trans person coming to grips with a world that doesn’t always make space for those of us who don’t (can’t?) embody the accepted gender constructs.
