This work explores the metaphoric association between the intrinsic meaning that stands behind Bitcoin market dominance and the universal concept of dominance intended as the quality of being more important, strong, or successful than anything else of the same type. This idea seems to be extremely relevant in nowadays society and it is often used as a standard of behavior and mindset. But dominance can also represent an illusional concept created by men in order to hide fear and insecurity, a fragile construction simply destined to vanish in time. The artwork is inspired by the Cambridge collection of Nietchze works titled “Daybreak” Thoughts on the Prejudices of Morality. “Not necessity, not desire - no, the love of power is the demon of men. Let them have everything - health, food, a place to live, entertainment - they are and remain unhappy and low-spirited: for the demon waits and waits and will be satisfied” F.N.
