This NFT, and the Legal Agreement incorporated by reference, represents the grant of a revocable license to allow RealDAO members to use that portion of Real Property shown on the Site Plan for the sole use of traversing the Real Property on foot. It is specifically determined that Licensor may not camp on the Real Property nor may they place a van by the river. This license shall be managed and represented amongst the parties through THIS ERC-721 NFT (the “Token”) and shall also include a Cryptographic Hash Function to map the executed document using IPFS. This NFT and the linked metadata presents the understandings of the parties and the code deference agreement. Burning this token or sending to 0x000000000000000000000000000000000000dEaD constitutes revocation of the license.
