This historical TX is the Plasma Bears by Blockade Games (a 2018 project) contract creation on Ethereum - a successful attempt to bridge some bears and bear parts (~1,500 items) over from the original contract before the Loom shut down. On the Loom contract, there used to be millions of bears.

The bears also used to be animated and part of an interactive game, but they sat on OpenSea with barely any activity until early 2021 when Coldie quietly compiled a whole set of 3 full XCOPY bears. Later in August 2021, Stellabelle was combing through old projects and brought attention to it's historical value and the talents of Neon District's coin_artist, increasing volume overnight from 35eth to 150eth. Bitpixi saw this and learned of Coldie's haul, then spoke to friends and Meebit owners about how to find the XCOPY parts. She also tagged GaryVee who was looking for old projects, explaining there were at least 3 engineer women on the team and dozens of OG artists, which caused a further avalache of activity from 150eth in trading volume to 2,900eth. One of these famous purchasers was Logan Paul, among other notable collectors both public and anon.

Other famous contributors on the project besides XCOPY and coin_artist included dhtenshi, mysterious animator, Zden, ilã, hellocatfood, Psyklon, Cr0wn_Gh0ul, cybourgeoisie, m3mnoch, plinq, ty13r, JTobcat, Red Suirrel Tech, Sarah Gray, and Randall KannaIn. All the contributors gained attention after the rush, especially engineer Cr0wn_Gh0ul. As coin_artist stated, "Behold the power of long tail revenue. Secondary sale fees from Plasma Bears, an entirely free-to-play game, will now feed & employ a development team."

According to plasmabears.com, this project was a "collectible crafting game from the creators of Neon District. Assemble your squad of Plasma Bears (literally, you have to put them together...) and pick up the pieces of a world shattered by technology (bear pieces, mainly). Can you discover the secrets that led to the Great Shredding of 2071?"

Only time on the blockchain will tell of their value in the year 2071...
