A digitally created rendition of street-art created by brucethegoose, 'Banksy's Balloon' is an ode to the famous street artist's work 'Girl With Balloon'. In Sept. 2020, a UK court ruled against Banksy in a case regarding Hallmark using his art on a greeting card without his approval. Due to his refusal to reveal his true identity, Banksy has been ruled to be incapable of holding copyright over his work; which is incredibly ironic, as the artist has been quoted as saying "copyright is for losers." It would appear at least according the the deciding bank, Banksy is safe from his own logic.
