The Bagelnaitor - 3.67/5

Store
A nice, large space with good lighting from the windows. Friendly staff, though perhaps too wrapped up in conversation (see below). Limited/standard drink selection, very limited pastry selection. A high-quality juice and smoothie station. Good looking bagel hoppers - full and well-lit. A modest variety of cream cheeses plated lox on display. Adult contemporary plays on the radio. An active candidate for best bagel store name in the city.
3.75/5

Bagels
Lightly toasted the bagel without asking, lowering the ceiling (and raising the floor) on potential score. A large bagel. One-sided toppings, but of the type where the density of toppings makes up for any potential downgrade. Salt crystals present - not a ton but enough to make an impact. Texture typical of a lightly toasted bagel, inhibiting the ability to judge its true character. Still, an enjoyable eating experience.
3.75/5

Cream Cheese
Served warm from the toasting, approaching icing levels of gooey. Decidedly in the sour cream direction of flavor profile. Scallions play in the flavor story but barely register in texture.
3.5/5
