True bagel men shouting at you assertively for your order. Specials written on a whiteboard. Total focus on the bagel, no convenience store ambitions. Score strength is all attitude.

Extra large bagel. Toppings on both sides, standard toppings, but not much of a direction to the application. 1-2 salt crystals total, but apparent on the shell. Soft, ultimately very chewy. Good value but not great bagel.

Served exceptionally cold, perhaps right before freeze would set in. Flavor very muted as a consequence. Well applied, clearly store made and fresh but no punch.
