Patisserie-style interior befitting the neighborhood vibes. A little confusing order flow but I went when it was empty so hard to judge. Separate areas for ordering prepared bagels and straight bagged bagels. Tons of attractive cream cheese options available. Nice staff despite the more formal air. Large variety of non-bagel offerings. Cool Ess-a-Bagel merch available.

A beefy bagel, substantial in size and mouth presence. One-sided toppings, but neutralized by a near perfect topping composition on the side applied. Very light crunch, doughy but not tedious. Freshness very apparent despite not being warm.

Cream cheese fresh and firm, not overly refrigerated. Even application with no messiness. Scallion ratio is solid, with periodic pops of texture.
