What is going on here?

In this 5th circle of hell, we find a realm which is right in the middle of a giant tornado. Inside, we find an endless amount of giant loudspeakers, positioned randomly but very close one next to each other. They cannot be plugged out of any socket, turned off or destroyed, because these are the main punishment for the ones residing in this circle.

At a very high volume, there is only 1 single song playing on loop (repeat) forever, on and on and on and on.. and that is Despacito. When people end up here for the first time, they feel confused but slightly happy, a cheerful song is playing extremely loud in an unknown realm, as they are not sure yet where they are, they try to go away from the first loudspeakers near them, to get away a bit to a more quiet place and to be able to scout the realm and seek answers.

But as they keep walking away from one location to another, they realize that this whole world is made out of loudspeakers, with people losing their mind constantly, people who are unable to communicate to each other because the music is incredibly loud (unless one knows hand language sign). It is so loud, that they bleed from their ears every now and then, however they can never go deaf. Even deaf people that may end up in this circle of hell, will be able to hear.

The tornado isn't loud nor does it carry them up in the air, however they can never find the margin of it, there are always more loudspeakers, playing Despacito on loop.

While the first week upon their arrival, some dance cheerfully, after a couple of weeks and usually sooner, they begin to panic, while trying to constantly reach and punch the NPC holograms singing above the loudspeakers. After months or even sooner than that, most can't even comprehend the lyrics anymore, the entire existence becomes a constant cruel torture. It is almost imaginable to describe how it is like for those who reside there since a longer period, but it is said that they become something else entirely, dancing vegetables in pain.

Occasionally, some will try to find peace and ignore or accept what is happening, but the moment they stay still for too long, a flying hand comes out of the 'sky' and slaps the back of their head perfectly 10/10, interrupting whatever they were trying to achieve. The only way to be left alone by the slapping flying hands would be if one would keep dancing.

Despacito on loop for an eternity, annoying NPC holograms singing it, flying hands slapping the back of the heads, this a recipe for the 5th circle of hell, Wrath... creating an environment of anger in the same way as the ones in this circle of hell, created suffering through their anger for the ones around them when they were still alive.What is this?

In the fourth circle of Kozachok's Inferno, we find the realm of Anger (Wrath). Anger is manifested in the individual who spurns love and opts instead for fury, becoming wired for it. Also, the loved ones around them, become irritating, however that is merely the perception of the angry person. Everyone is affected by an angry person in their life and it can also be contagious, leading to a loss of peace, harmony and degradation of the quality of life. "Kozachok's Inferno" is a personal version, a customized representation of the 9 circles of hell, influenced by Dante's Inferno, the first part of Dante's Divine Comedy, which is a long Italian narrative poem by Dante Alighieri, begun c. 1308 and completed in 1320, a year before his death in 1321.

It is not a direct reproduction of Dante's Inferno, I do not follow the accuracy of those layers or circles of hell, except the main theme (eg circle of Lust, of Gluttony, of Greed etc), but the reasons and punishments of each circle of hell will be different in my version.
