On August 25, 1989, NASA's Voyager 2 spacecraft made a close flyby of Neptune, giving humanity its first close-up of our solar system's eighth planet. While processing the famous PIA00317 image, a Global Color Mosaic of Triton, a chair printed with the latest 3D printing technique of mid-1980s, (Selective Laser Sintering, SLS), was accidentally released into the outer space. Since the chair design, based on 3D Non-Coordinates Value System (NCVS), was commissioned by DARPA, this accident was kept ultra-top-secret for years. It happened that the designer of the first 3D printed chair was my namesake, Marko Zubak, who was working on internet file sharing systems at CERN, Switzerland, and put the design for free download. (We are not related). The footage of the first (and only) chair on the Neptune was first broadcast to the Pranskyland CryptoVoxles underground on June 5. 2020, in occasion of the birthday of John Couch Adams, English astronomer who co-discovered Neptune and who was born on the same day in 1819. This NFT was created in occasion of everything previously mentioned and exclusively for "Broadcasting to the underground" installation in CryptoVoxels, a cooperation with Pranksy.
