●NFT作品名と音の説明 NFT作品名の冒頭に付加された、前半の数字が楽譜の何小節目か、後半の数字がその小節での何音目かを表現している。作品名が「1-1 "Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence" Ryuichi Sakamoto 坂本龍一」の場合は、1小節目の1音目のNFTを表す。

音源に関しては下記法則に沿っています。

1. 該当音の切り出しは、右手のトップノートが基準です。
2. 音終わりが欠けてしまう該当音については、2小節分の長さで書き出しています。
3. 各小節のラストノート（最後の1音）は、次の小節に渡って音が響いています。切り出した音を小節内の楽譜と同じ正しい位置に置くとその音が途切れてしまいます、そのため便宜上、このWAVデータでは位置を調整し、1秒前に配置しています。

One of Ryuichi Sakamoto’s signature pieces, “Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence - 2021”, was recorded at Bunkamura Studio in Tokyo on July 30th, 2021, while fighting against illness, his only recording of this work in 2021. The 595 music notes of the melody on the right hand were digitally divided one by one and converted into a unique NFT.

The one bar music sheet's emphasized note indicates which part in the composition each NFT item corresponds to. Every note is numbered for each bar, composing a total of 595 notes from 96 bars. The piece is complete only when all 595 music notes are gathered. There is only one item for each note in the world, being the first NFT by Ryuichi Sakamoto.

Furthermore, the owners of this collectible NFT item can join the auction for “NFT for the rights to obtain “Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence” by Ryuichi Sakamoto handwritten music sheet” starting on December 24th, 2021. ●Description for NFT Item Name and Music Note The part “X-X” added to the beginning of the NFT item name represents the bar number and the note number within the bar. 本ＮＦＴの購入者又は保有者（以下「購入者等」といいます。）が閲覧又はダウンロードその他の利用を可能となる、画像、テキスト、音声及び動画等のあらゆるコンテンツ（以下「本コンテンツ」といいます。なお、購入者等以外の者が利用可能であるか否かを問いません。）に関する著作権、特許権、実用新案権、商標権、意匠権その他一切の知的財産権（これらの権利について登録等の出願をする権利を含みます。）は、坂本龍一及び株式会社幻冬舎に留保されます。すなわち、本ＮＦＴ又は本コンテンツにかかるデータ（以下「本ＮＦＴ等」といいます）を保有することは、本コンテンツに関する知的財産権の譲渡又は利用許諾を受けることを意味しません。

したがって、本ＮＦＴ等の保有者であっても、本コンテンツの権利者である坂本龍一及び株式会社幻冬舎（またはこれらの者の承継人若しくは管理委託先）から別途の承諾を得ずに、個人による閲覧の範囲を超えた利用、商用利用その他の法律上権利者の承諾を必要とする行為(改変、公開、配布、逆コンパイル及びリバースエンジニアリングを含みますが、これらに限りません。)を行うことはできません。

株式会社幻冬舎は、本ＮＦＴ等について、事実上または法律上の瑕疵（安全性、信頼性、正確性、完全性、有効性、特定の目的への適合性、セキュリティなどに関する欠陥、エラーやバグ等を含みます。）がないこと、及び、あらゆる環境において利用可能であることを保証するものでなく、当該瑕疵又は購入者等が使用するコンピューター、回線、ソフトウェア若しくはプラットフォーム等の環境にもとづき生じた損害について、一切の責任を負わないものとします。また当社は、本サービスに関して、購入者等と第三者との間において生じた取引、連絡または紛争等について一切責任を負わないものとします。 上記にかかわらず、消費者契約法の適用その他の理由により免責が制限される場合、株式会社幻冬舎の責任は、債務不履行または不法行為により購入者等に生じた損害のうち現実に発生した直接かつ通常の損害に限るものとします。また、かかる場合の賠償金額の上限は、本ＮＦＴに関して株式会社幻冬舎が最初に購入者から販売代金として受領した金額とします。ただし、当社の故意又は重過失に起因する場合はこれらの限定を設けずに賠償をするものとします。

Under such terms and conditions, any use beyond the boundary of viewing by an individual, commercial use and other acts (including but not limited to editing, exhibiting, distributing, decompiling, reverse engineering) that require agreement by legally entitled persons shall not be performed without agreement by the copyright owners of the Contents, Ryuichi Sakamoto and Gentosha Inc. (or the successor and those who administer such rights under their entrustment) even if This NFT etc. is owned by the individual.

Gentosha Inc. does not guarantee that This NFT etc. are free of any defects in fact or law (safety, reliability, correctness, integrity, validity, fitness for a particular purpose, deficiency, errors or bugs concerning security, etc., or infringements of rights) or its availability on various environments, and has no legal responsibilities for such defects or the damages suffered upon the environment of the computers, circuit, software and platforms used by the Buyers. Furthermore, our company shall not be held responsible for any transactions, contacts or conflicts etc. between the Buyers and third-parties attributed or related to this service.
