Regency NFT is a non-fungible-token mint, clone and management protocol established in 2020. Minting requires the JSON object located in _tokenURI (string) field as well as each individual asset to point to an immutable content identifier on IPFS or similar public node system. Pre-minting requires immutable images to be placed directly into the JSON file including a master full-size image, three magnified portions of the full-size image, a sometimes a self-executing file showing the image set in motion, and/or an animated segment in motion. These elements are all combined with a Certificate of Authenticity, a description of the Rights to Use and Resale, a statement of Limits to Reproductions and a Jurisdictional statement. The JSON file permanently attaches to the NFT and as an additional security feature, all minted NFTs require additional metadata embedded into the original images.
