The image portrays a young girl in “Bunad”, in a narrow sense, refers to clothes designed in the early 20th century that are loosely based on traditional costumes, dating back to the 18th and 19th centuries. The bunad movement has its root in 19th-century national romanticism, which included interest in traditional folk costumes not only in Norway but also in neighboring countries such as Denmark and notably Germany.

Inspired by the Doge community, in an attempt to speak truth to power, and support the currency of the people. The intention is to build a character that is cute and fun, yet, at the same time, either play with the famous memes of our time or speak to the bigger issue in society. And so, while some pieces will be a time capsule reminding a universal story that we all shared as humanity at one point in time, the others may be more of a timeless piece that will stay relevant for many years and generations to come.
