The Imugi is a Korean proto-dragon which must survive one thousand years in order to become a fully fledged dragon. My intention with this piece is to show my dad that I too will never give up even if it takes 1000 years.

The "Yeouiju" are mystical orbs that certain Korean dragons are depicted as holding in their claws. It was said that dragons who wielded the Yeouiju were blessed with omnipotence and had the ability to create at will.
