As I sit down to write this video description my vibe is stressed, due to a call I just received from the district attorney’s office saying they are escalating charges pressed against me. What the new charges are I don’t even know yet and it stems from an incident where I allegedly climbed a spire. I refuse to be intimated and discouraged by their corrupt justice system, I will continue to mint my piece and be proud of my art!

Soaring above NYC Times Square on a spire with a selfie stick in a rain storm. No one climbs this spire, because the building is hard to infiltrate and the spire is highly visible to nearby tall buildings crowding Times Sq. Additionally, every time I’ve been up there a workers has come onto the roof at some point forcing me to hide. One late evening during a rainstorm I sensed the rain and fog provided a good cover to shield me from unwanted onlookers. People don’t look up when it rains. Certainly the rain makes the climb more dangerous and treacherous. I knew changing the GoPro from head mount to selfie stick up top would be a dangerous procedure so I opted to simply bite down on the selfie stick handle and perform the climb with the selfie stick in my mouth.
