ARC4G says “I make 3D art, loops & simulations with the simple goal of giving you something pleasing to look at for a few seconds”. We doubt the mesmerizing effects of his animation will wear off within a few seconds though!

ARC was always fascinated by the tech behind video games. He enjoyed watching game development documentaries and was fascinated by the physics behind the animation. His imagination was captured by game textures, patterns, lighting, & interactions between various game objects that resulted in the destruction or deformation of the objects involved. As a result, he spent his childhood playing a lot of video games. Unfortunately, he developed a condition called SMA through the years, that lead to muscle strength degradation to the extent that he was unable to even hold the game controller. With his limited abilities, his closest second love he went on to pursue was Digital art!

If mastering digital art was difficult, SMA made it 100x more challenging. ARC spent several months learning Blender software and eventually developed ways using third-party software (Unified Remote, should anyone else be looking) that let him control Blender using his phone - handling a phone was about the ONLY limited physical motion he was able to make with his hands! There were times he had to write to software developers requesting retention of certain app features, just so he could use his workflows with the muscle memory he had already developed (SMA can make it really hard to change muscle movement patterns).

ARC is a kind and jolly human being and has a great sense of humor! When asked about his alias name, he said he initially chose ‘ARC’ because it was easy to remember and type into social media. He had soon realized that the name was already taken on most platforms, so he decided to attach a ‘4G’ at the end, because 4G was the fastest internet available at the time! True to his name, he is known to create most of his works within a span of 2-3 hours! We love him for all he is and for all he’s has created, even if nay-sayers say or think otherwise!

And remember, when you buy a piece of "crap", you are standing by the artist/collector in the face of hatred. You are supporting the community, so kudos & much luv to you!
