This is the very first #CRAP being dropped (sorry couldn't resist) in here. It serves as a container and a poster for all the various artist/collector craps that will follow.
Designing this (base) Crap was quite a challenge. It had to be perfect! It had to be fun, yet convey a strong message. I used the Golden Ratio to achieve perfect dimensions and a shape that could support future customization to tailor to each artist/collector's style.
Remember, when you buy a piece of "crap", you are standing by the artist/collector in the face of hatred. You are supporting the community, so kudos & much luv to you!
Some people call crypto-art CRAP! Well, we don't care what they think, 'cause this CRAP ain't gonna stink!
This project is aimed at addressing the Social Resistance aspect of crypto-art space. It is aimed at standing by this community in the face of hatred from people that think NFTs are a fad or believe that anyone could just right-click-save the artwork!
Each piece in this series is an Ode to the artist(s)/collector(s) in the space, & represents their struggles with rejection. Each piece serves as a reminder that crypto-art is real & priceless! When you buy a piece, u carry with you a strong message of love & support for this community!
Core objectives:
- CELEBRATE established artists
- FEATURE artists new to the space
- Create VALUE for collectors
- INVEST back in the community
Featured artist/collector will be gifted 1 edition of their NFT *if they are able to respond within 2 weeks of reaching out
