The Solar System is in a traditional Korean bookcase. This Chaekgeori contains the Sun, Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Earth's moon. And with the astronaut who explored the moon, Chaekgeori embracing the solar system was completed. I expressed my desire to know more about the universe through this NFT.
Chaekgeori ; Painting of Books and Scholars’ Accouterments, was popular from the late 18th century to the early 20th century and was enjoyed by people from all walks of life from kings to the common people, showing the culture of Joseon, where books and learning were important. It is a picture that reflects their desire to cherish books and keep them close all the time. Materials containing auspicious meanings were placed with books, adding the meaning of wishing for happiness.
태양계가 한국의 전통적인 책장에 있습니다. 이 책거리에는 태양, 수성, 금성, 지구, 화성, 목성, 토성, 천왕성, 해왕성, 그리고 지구의 위성인 달을 포함하고 있습니다. 그리고 달을 탐사한 우주인을 함께 배치하여 태양계를 품은 책거리가 완성되었습니다. 우주에 대해 더 알고 싶은 마음을 태양계를 품은 책거리로 표현해보았습니다.
책거리는 18세기 후반부터 20세기 초반까지 각계각층의 사람들이 즐기던 조선시대의 독특한 정물화 장르로 책과 학문이 중요했던 조선의 문화를 보여줍니다. 책을 아끼고 항상 가까이 두고 싶은 마음이 반영된 그림이라고 할 수 있습니다. 이 작품에는 길상의 의미를 담은 소재들이 책과 함께 배치돼 행복을 기원하는 의미를 한껏 더했습니다.
