I spent a fair bit of time in South Goa, and really enjoyed the food they make there. This man makes the most incredible fresh fish curries.
I took the original photo, then applied two quite different style-transfer neural networks to that base image. These were then combined using Pixelmator Pro into this final image.
I was lucky enough to spend three years travelling around India, taking photos and drawing inspiration from the colours, sounds, and smells I found there.
There are four works in this collection. Each started out as a digital photo. I then applied a series of custom style-transfer neural networks to create a set of layers, which I then recombined in Pixelmator Pro.
At the conclusion of the creative process I merged the layers and destroyed the source photos, so the minted NFT version of the final work is the definitive original.
Each work is very high resolution and saved as a lossless PNG with 16bit colour depth. Perfect for printing or display on a 5K monitor.
