A fabled, long lost white wine made from ancient Airén grapes found at the bottom of the sea near the location many believe to be where the lost city of Atlantis has rested for thousands of years. Suspected to be from the year 9,597 BCE, this wine has aged gracefully due to its longterm rest at sea. Lack of contact with oxygen, ideal natural temperature control, barometric pressure and protection from sun exposure has left this wine incredibly youthful for it's age. Off-dry in style with flavours of fresh yellow apple, crushed pineapple and dried rose with tertiary notes of honey, almond and orange marmalade round out this mysterious wine.
