A 2018 orange wine made from 100% Pinot Gris grapes from the Mendocino County wine region of California. 80% of the grapes are pressed off the skins to ferment with the remaining 20% of the grapes naturally ferment on their skins for 5 days before pressing to create this beautifully coloured, approachable orange wine. This wine has super light and refreshing with lovely notes of peach, zesty citrus and orange pith with aromas of fresh orange blossom. This wine was added to the collection by Cellar Master member CDGUTHRIE.
