A 2020 "Nouveau" style Shiraz from the Margaret River region of Australia. This wine is organically farmed and a low-intervention approach was taken in the cellar. An interesting take on Shiraz, this wine is 100% whole cluster fermented similar to the style of Beaujolais Nouveau which allows this wine to be lighter in colour and body than the more "classic" style Shiraz wines coming from this region. It is vibrantly fruit forward with flavours of blackberry, blueberry and raspberry with notes of mint and black peppercorn with subtle flavours of cured meat, tar and leather. This wine was added to the collection by Oenophile member Plantae.
