The south shore rail line has played many rolls in my life, from family trips in my early childhood, to weekly teenage trips to the city to hit the popular beaches, to coming home from college, to eventually now being the way I get to my outpatient services in Indiana to continue my mental health treatment. I may resent the hours the ride takes, but no matter what something positive always lays waiting on the other side.
