My name is Ekaterina Pokhvalnova. I am 35 years old and I live in Odesa, a beautiful city by the sea in Ukraine. I am a psychologist and psychotherapist by education, and a yoga instructor, photographer and aspiring artist by vocation. I have been doing yoga for 21 years, 16 of which teaching, and photographing since early childhood, professionally for about 14 years. All my experience of yoga, meditation and photography now helps me to see and transmit energies in the form of images. It can be said that my paintings paint me. The inspiration comes from a flow state that is impossible to predict, and neither is the outcome. This is a pure dance of energies expressed in colors. All my paintings are Portals.They are created from deep meditative states and conduct the energies of light, love, lightness of being, joy and transformation. They work with you and with the space around, raising vibrations to the required frequencies and leading to the desired state of consciousness. Perfect for both home and workspaces.
The «Namysto» collection consist of many original NFT beads created by hundreds of Ukrainian artists of all ages. This project is created to support Ukrainian artists and army during the Russia’s full-scale military invasion of Ukraine.

Namysto - a traditional Ukrainian decoration of pearls, corals, stones, etc., worn around the neck. Namysto are one of the oldest jewelry known since the Paleolithic. Now they are worn mainly by women, but historically they have been used as jewelry by men. The Namysto necklace can also be named after the material - "corals", "beads", "beads". One element of the Namysto necklace (pearl, stone, etc.) is called a «Namystyna» (rarely a bead).
