This NFT is a visualizer based on KOMONO LAKE’s song “Justified”, the title track from their upcoming EP which will be released on 26 Jan 2022. Formed by singer Kanbin, producer SKYTOPIA, and Bassist Kuroji in 2021, the Tokyo-based band KOMONO LAKE describe their music as "natural city pop". Mixing genres such as city pop, Showa era songs, and modern Japanese soul/R&B, they aim to connect the rural sounds and landscape with the urban.

The artwork and visuals are handled by designer Ikuho Tamura, who provides graphics for a wide range of projects, including the artworks for Ai Otsuka and the music media lute.

本作は自然派シティポップをコンセプトに東京を中心に活動するバンド・KOMONO LAKEがのシングル『Justified』を元にそのビジュアライザー（映像）と音源をNFTへと展開したものである。

KOMONO LAKEはイラストレーターとしての側面も持つシンガー・Kanbinと、元Kero Kero Bonitoとしても知られるロンドン出身のプロデューサー・SKYTOPIAにより2021年1月に結成したユニット。7月にベーシスト・Kurojiが新たにメンバーとして加入。

『Justified』は、はらはらと落ち葉が落ちていくような美しいサウンドのシンセと、シンガー・Kanbinの歌声が哀愁感をもたらし、ドライブの効いたベースがアクセントになっている曲。内に秘めた想いにそっと寄り添ってくれる体温のような温かさを感じる歌詞にも注目だ。

本楽曲にはYOSA&TAAR、TOKYO HEALTH CLUB、TSUBAME、iri、またファッションブランドHELLY HANSENのプロモーションビデオなどでギタリストとして活躍しているSHUHEI NAGAOKA（Spiritztone）が参加。

楽曲のアートワークとビジュアライザーは大塚愛「さくらんぼ（Kan Sano Remix）」のアートワークやluteとのコラボも含め多岐のプロジェクトでグラフィックを提供しているデザイナー・田村育歩が担当している。
