The Segrwyd Collection was created to celebrate the launch of Welsh company Segrwyd, a new forward thinking UK Brand with headquarters located in the stunning North Wales countryside. Segrwyd, inspired by 500 years of History, have ambitions to put Wales on the map, by harnessing the power of technology, including NFT’s and the Blockchain, to make a major mark on the world of high end fashion, real estate and the music industry.

In conjunction with the launch of their new brand and property website, Welsh company Segrwyd is releasing a unique one off digital creation called, ‘Segrwyd The Evolution’ on the NFT specific platform called OpenSea. This digital artwork is priced at a £10 million and represents the launch of this exciting new British brand. The artwork is a short animation that shows a piece of twisted digital artwork, that slowly unravels to reveal a gold dragon in the shape of an ‘s’ representing the first letter in the Segrwyd name.

The founder of the Segrwyd brand said ” I have been asked if I think anyone will pay such a large amount for a piece of digital artwork. The answer is a resounding yes, we intend to use a proportion of the money to launch our High end fashion label, which will in turn add considerable value to their unique piece of artwork as our brand establishes a global identity. This I believe is a rare chance to own a piece of fashion history. More importantly , whilst there are no guarantees in the world of business, it is my sincerest intention, as a gesture of goodwill, to reimburse the purchaser of our first NFT artwork, as soon as future profits in our company allow. The purchaser of our NFT will obviously be allowed anonymity if they so wish but if they make themselves known to us, they will be treated as a VIP client for life with many great surprises to come, even after, all being well, they have had their money back” said Owen Knox founder of British company Segrwyd.

NFTL 1.0 License Agreement

This is license is for NFT sales for the associated digital works (digital image, video, audio, or other digital assets) ("the Works") displayed for sale by Segrwyd Limited t/a Segrwyd. Segrwyd Limited the NFT Seller is referred to as the “Grantor.” The NFT Buyer is referred to as the “Grantee.” NFT purchase is buying the Non-fungible token and is licensing the underlying digital art, music, or other assets under the terms set forth below, or other terms set forth on the listing page.

Grant of Rights, Limitations, and Warranties:

1. The Copyright Owner of the Works remains the copyright owner. The Grantee is not receiving ownership of the Works but is receiving certain limited rights in the Works as set forth herein.
2. Upon confirming the NFT on the blockchain, Buyer becomes the Grantee and immediately receives a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable license to the Works as set forth herein, for the period the Grantee owns the NFT.
3. Grantee is granted the right to use, copy and display the Works.
4. Grantee may not modify the works, create derivative works, transform the works or perform the Works.
5. Grantee MAY NOT make commercial use of the Works, except to resell or transfer some or all the rights granted herein.
6. Grantee MAY NOT use the Works in any way which associates the Works with hatred, intolerance, violence, cruelty, or otherwise infringes upon the rights of others.
7. Any exercise of right granted hereunder requires attribution to the Copyright Owner and the Creator if they are listed in the NFT sale, where reasonably possible.
8. Grantee shall not challenge Licensor’s copyright ownership of the Works.
9. The NFT Seller warrants they are authorized to license the Works and consistent with these terms.
10. Grantee may contact the Grantor if Grantee wishes to obtain rights not otherwise included herein. Any further grant of rights shall be in writing and evidenced by a further NFT, or signed documents, agreed to by all parties.
11. This License only addresses the rights to the Works attached to the NFT transaction, not the NFT itself. There may be additional terms on the NFT listing page. To the extent there is a direct conflict, the NFT sale/listing page shall control.
12. The Segrwyd dragon logo remains the copyright and ownership of Segrwyd Limited and is not transferable to the grantee, Segrwyd Limited reserve the right to use the logo on a worldwide basis with no restrictions.
