"Peace" was painted by Jo after he heard about the Charlie Hebdo shooting. Jo was very sad to hear this news. Because he likes the world is peaceful and people enjoy it.
When Jo was little, he can speak a little and wasn't very interested in people. However when he was about 10 years old, he became interested in his friends at school and had more opportunities to draw pictures of people. Around that time, he heard the Charlie Hebdo shooting news and wrote this work. We hope that this "Peace" will bring love and healing to your heart.
Jo is a mentally challenged artist who can only speak a little, but can draw a lot. He has been drawing fish, and gradually dinosaurs , animals , and people since he was 7 years old.
In the beginning, he used only a black pen to paint on the floors and walls of his house. Nowadays, he draws colorful pictures on paper, tablets and computers. His works are so unique and feel joyful.
His dream is to hold own exhibitions at museums around the world. If his dream comes true , you can see more of his wonderful unique world ! What a wonderful world begins !!!
