Mistrovství světa v hokeji roku 2007 probíhá v Rusku (boršč) a zlatou medaili si z něj odváží hokejový tým z Kanady (bobr). Hvězdou tohoto ročníku se stala ŠKODA FABIA II. generace, ovšem český hokejový tým včetně útočníka Tomáše Plekance (pletenec) v tomto roce odjíždí ze šampionátu bez medaile. V zápase s kanadskými hráči se dokonce podařilo fanouškům z publika přispět svému týmu k navýšení skóre. Hráči našeho týmu po falešném písknutí (píšťalka) fanouška v hledišti přestali hrát a inkasovali tak gól.

2007 - When the Fans Help the Players!

The 2007 World Hockey Championship is held in Russia (borscht) and the gold medal goes to the Canadian hockey team (beaver). The star of this year's event was the second-generation ŠKODA FABIA, but the Czech hockey team, including forward Tomáš Plekanec (pletenec = easter bread, rhymes with Plekanec), leaves this year's Championship without a medal. In the game against team Canada, the fans even managed to help their team increase their lead. After a false whistle (whistle) from a fan in the stands, the players of our team stopped playing and were scored against.
