Yuga Labs (creators of the Bored Ape Yacht Club) acquires CryptoPunks and Meebits.

Yuga Labs receives the IP, including copyright in the art and the brands of the collections. The deal also included 423 CryptoPunks and 1711 Meebits. [1]

Yuga Labs will soon grant CryptoPunks and Meebits holders the same commercial rights that BAYC and MAYC owners have. The lawyers are currently drafting the new T&C.
