Scam Details
Security increased in 2021, showing less scams and hacks, but PAID Network ($PAID), a DeFi platform, suffered an exploit creating a vulnerability allowing the hacker to create infinite tokens. While Bitcoin has suffered two inflation bugs enabling the same, PAID Network's was intentional. The hacker at one point had $180 Million in $PAID tokens, selling off $3 Million worth and tanking the coin's price.
