Centra Tech, a crypto project promoted by Floyd Mayweather and DJ Khaled and touting an executive team that didn't exist, fleeced ICO investors for $25 Million. The amount ended up being $33.4 Million in ETH by the time U.S. Marshalls seized it.
When the public started calling the team out for having fake executives, court documents show exchanges between partners with one asking who on the website was real vs. fake. Another team member replied "Everyone real except Jessica and Mike," providing a wonderful title for the piece. As part of the arrest, Robert Farkas, one of the co-founders, had to forfeit a Rolex watch purchased with the proceeds.
