Blue Hand in Book is based on a suggestive and symbolic gesture seen throughout art history in which a hand is parting the pages of a book. The piece has been through multiple iterations. First the hand was cast in plaster from the artist's own and arranged as a sculpture with a book form. The object was then photographed and its color digitally manipulated, then UV printed on aluminum. Finally it is seen here in its NFT form.
