"BLEX" By Virgen Maria

Blex is the first single from Virgen Maria’s debut EP ‘G.O.D.’, created together with her collaborator Naive Supreme and perth Daijing (2018). From the beginning the Blex video was doomed. Rejected on every platform due to the extreme censorship that follows Maria around since the beginning of social media. This made it impossible for the 'Blex’ music video to see the light of day until summer 2020 when Only Fans became more accesible for people. Before that it had only been displayed at Sonar Festival in 2019 and Roundhouse London just before Covid lockdown. Blex is a concept birthed by Virgen Maria which mixes together the words 'Bless and Sex’. The track that accompains the Blex concept is a hardcore upbeat, lled with orgasms-avant garde-blexes and Maria chanting her catchphrase 'Im Virgen Maria and I’m here to Blex you, Blex’. The video, directed by Maria features her pets Copi and Perfect (RIP) as a way of including the animals in the same spotlight as the human, equal beings and not food, go vegan.

Bio: Hailing from Madrid artist and performer Virgen Maria (Maria Forqué) is here to ‘blex’ you. A thin line between art and music is drawn every time Virgen Maria manifests her blexing powers, a cocktail of sex, hotness, sweat and spirituality.
