An Arab man, Sheikh Abdullah Djawas, is reported to the police by his neighbor for building a lavatory on the roof and its drainage pipes are placed near his neighbor’s kitchen. Then the Arab man is ordered to reconstruct his lavatory which is spreading a foul smell to its surroundings. If left unchecked, the drainage can become a hotbed of diseases.
