From the very first fisherfolk to visit the island of Newfoundland through to modern times, little has changed in the way fishing sheds and stages were constructed.

Many of these old structures still exists, balanced on multiple stilts of different lengths.

This stage is located in beautiful Salvage, Bonavista Bay, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada, a small fishing communities hundreds of years old.
