While creating my KIZZ 2002 Original Twelve Series, Living Alien Letters (based on my 1993 concept) in 2002, the excess paint from painting these 12 images over 12 weeks results in this PIZZA 2002 A4 image. I had this palette which contains the oils. I designed the palette in such a way that I could follow the planned paths of painting the KIZZ series so I don’t lose track and get muddled. After days of use, the palette requires cleaning and refreshing new oil paints. I would scrapes off the old oils and simply adds them to the A4 sheet, liking what I did with random scrapes, mixing and dabbing, some dried parts would moves and the fresh oils would spreads, and mixes and it all becomes lovely colours. The placement of the colours is stated here in my paint box palette: Ivory black, Cadmium Red Deep, Vermilion, Cadmium Red Light, Cadmium Orange, Cadmium and Chrome Orange, Chrome Orange, Chrome Orange and Yellow Mid, Yellow Mid, Yellow Light, Yellow Light and Titanium White, Titanium White. These are what ended up on the A4 sheet, that my fiancee named "PIZZA" 2002. I didn’t have the heart to throw it out, I liked the colours too much, and what do I do with it? I might mounted it one day, make a canvas of it and hang it on the wall. I don’t like wasting good oil paint, and I liked the colours so much, it dazzled my eyes, like a sensation of colours flooding my mind. After I finished the KIZZ series I put the sheet in the small box which I built previously, with built-in shelves, to hold my drawings, and A4-sized paintings. When I discovered that I could release my work to the public through Digital Crypto Art method I dug up PIZZA 2002, and photographed it. After my experience over the years with creating KIZZ derivatives creating thousands of images in all kinds of digital colours and created many versions of PIZZA 2002 in many different colours, it's amazing, I loved the colours. I liked the results. They just looks so good. They're so gorgeous to look at! So here it is.
