The line for the title comes from an episode of THE YOUNG ONES, a hilarious and irreverent British sit-com from the early 1980s. The SENTIMENT for this piece comes from my horrible mistake of reading the news this morning before having consumed any coffee. The poor snake at the top of the image is a rough self-portrait of the artist for today. The "signature" is mirrored because I'm certain that at some point in the last 12 or 13 years I fell through a dimensional "soft-spot" into a mirror universe where everything keeps getting weirder and weirder. The eyeball is red from irritation, possibly conjunctivitis---and the "white part" ain't white because the poor thing isn't seeing clearly.
