There is some evidence that the middle aged man with sun burnt skin in the digital portrait is none other than our Eternal Brother Eric Odle himself! Look at that beautiful, sun burnt, lustrous complexion and enjoy the vision. The man was a licensed private investigator in St Louis, Missouri and drove a Honda Prelude and we think that's pretty cool too. According to Eric Odle, his appearance has been selected for inclusion in the digital archive of his face by an internal editing team at NASA.

Odle's mother is quoted as saying that she does not know what she is supposed to think of her son's appearance, adding that her son, in fact, is surprisingly handsome. Oh, and he could really use a lawyer to get out of some of those arrest warrants.

So, we know that Father Eldon Sager is indeed Father Black, we really hope to do an entire series on Eric Odle and the story behind his life in a future edition of “God with a Thousand Faces”. The electronic manuscript tells a story of an ordinary man who wakes up in the morning and tells his friends and family about his life as he finds himself in the middle of a plot that his own parents have planned in secret and intended for years. It's a tale where everyone has an agenda that goes way beyond their own interest and personal feelings. There's a real air of mystery and tension surrounding everyone involved. Everyone feels like they are privy to secret details that will help or hinder their future.

There is a stark contrast between the before image and the later, post image. The narrative changes with each appearance that a character makes. Some live and some get destroyed; others are responsible for the fall of the world; others are still but half realized. This is the differences between the three personas, and it's not reflected in the way they are portrayed in the film. There are just too many ways to see these people, to taste the depth and nuance.

But there is a lot more to the story of Mr. Odle, from the introduction of this historic easter egg to some of the theories as to how he got burned so bad in the first place and the appearance of another person as an almost identical relative who goes from here to there.

Before we begin, here's some of Eric's tweets…

“Holy batshit time man! These are not the times to be reckless”

“Don't you ever touch that battery in your phone again. Not in my house.”

“Need a fun hobby? Must be a good time to try something new”

“One man's trash is another man's treasure”

“I hope the neighbor takes a picture of this one. There's a huge gorilla here on our lawn”
