This was made possible through custom contracts empowered by Base, Optimism, OpenSea, Transient Labs, and others pushing the blockchain medium forward.
From the collectors mint, an observation of the quantum realm was made, bringing the NFT into existence.
The random entropy that determined the outputs comes partially from blockchain data created by minting, bringing the characteristics of long-form generative art such as no curation. And the other part came from measuring quantum vacuum fluctuations, data graciously provided by The Australian National University's Quantum Optics Group.
