Welcome to the desert, home of 500 cactus characters with sharp looks, questionable personalities, and plenty of pricks.
Every piece of artwork in The Pricks was drawn by hand. From the cacti themselves to the outfits, expressions, accessories, and all the weird little details in between. Those hand-drawn traits were then mixed and matched to create a varied cast of desert dwellers.
Some are cowboys. Some are weirdos. Some barely bothered to get dressed.
They’re different, they’re prickly, and they all belong here.
Welcome to The Pricks. 🌵

The desert is home to a colorful mix of cacti, from the more common varieties to a few that are much harder to find. Each cactus color has its own rarity, making some familiar faces around the desert and others a much rarer sight.
But color is only the beginning. Outfits, expressions, accessories, and other traits all have rarities of their own, creating plenty of unexpected combinations throughout the collection.
Some Pricks are common. Some are rare. And a few are just plain weird.

The Pricks are built from a collection of hand-drawn traits designed to give each cactus its own personality. Outfits, eyes, hats, faces, fingers, and plenty of strange accessories come together in hundreds of different combinations.
Like the cacti themselves, traits have different rarities. Some show up all over the desert, while others are much harder to stumble across.
Cowboys, cloaks, crowns, lasers, mustaches—and things that probably shouldn’t be anywhere near a cactus.

“Don’t be a prick” is more than a punchline, it’s the idea behind The Pricks.
Cacti are covered in pricks. Our characters are literally Pricks. So telling them “don’t be a prick” is intentionally contradictory, a little stupid, and exactly my kind of humor.
But underneath the joke is something we actually believe: be kind, treat people well, and don’t take yourself too seriously.
Don’t be a prick. Just collect them.

There are only 500 Pricks in the collection. That’s it. The desert isn’t getting any bigger.
The Pricks were created and illustrated by Barlocker, a designer, artist, and longtime creator in the collectible space. Every Prick and trait was designed from scratch, one pixel at a time.
The Pricks are a collection of 500 unique pixel cactus characters living on the blockchain. Different colors, outfits, expressions, accessories, and varying levels of questionable judgment.
