Slavanos Art (SA) is a private educational institution in 1979 to promote cross-cultural understanding in social sciences and arts. Founded by late Anthony Slavanos, a former Nigerian-American early immigrants and a former U.S. Arts and Cultural Statesman. He was known as the Museum of African Art and his work and building is located in Benin, Nigeria and Accra , Ghana. Anthony Slavanos the African American abolitionist and statesman. In August 1979, by enactment of Public Law 95-414, the museum became part of the Slavanos Institution, one of the world best private Museum.  Now controlled by Frank Slavanos, SAA museum and research complex is dedicated to the increase and diffusion of knowledge.
