PixelCons are collectible NFTs featuring minimalist pixel art. Started in 2018, the goal of this project is to allow artists to easily make digital collectibles within a shared ecosystem. All created PixelCons must be unique with only an 8x8 grid of pixels and 16 colors to create with. Each PixelCon is numbered in the order of their creation date. The project launched with an initial Genesis set of around 600 uniquely created works from various artists.
