MegaPengs is an aggressively on-chain art experiment where the contract itself does the heavy lifting. Each penguin is constructed from dense pixel data, gradients, and a massive color palette, all assembled at mint time into a fully generated SVG. The result feels less like an image being referenced and more like code performing art in real time.
Instead of locking supply ahead of time or adjusting it later, MegaPengs lets participation define the final collection. A short, irreversible mint window turns the act of minting into a clear yes-or-no choice rather than a race or a gamble. When the window closes, the collection simply becomes what it is—no revisions, no second chances.
Built on a new chain, MegaPengs treats the launch itself as part of the work. The project tests how far on-chain generation can be pushed and how people behave when hype mechanics are stripped down to a single moment of intent. It’s less about building a universe and more about observing a reaction.
