The Mandala Project

Stoffel's work is derived from his spiritual and cultural experiences in South East Asia. He uses his painting to create computer generated art that renders a kaleidoscopic mandala visualization. Mandalas represent devotional images in many buddhist cultures, and are often deemed a diagram or symbol of an ideal universe..

Stoffel has had multiple solo exhibitors of his paintings in New York City. His work has been presented at the prestigious Art Director's Club Gallery on 29th St. in Chelsea, and at the Prince George Gallery on 27th St., among others.

As a recipient of the Starving Artist Award and a selected artist for the amFar Rocks Benefit for AIDS research. Stoffel was featured in AM New York’s Premiere Art Rocks event, coverage which brought him tons of fans, including the folks at Dylan’s Candy Bar who commissioned him to work on a confection-inspired collection. Because of his consistent showings and press, GLAAD recognized Stoffel as one of their Top 100 artists in 2012.
