The LIFT NFTs (LFTY, pronounced LIFT-y) combine balloons with vaporwave to create a surreal aesthetic derived from a single concept: Kapital = KUNST. The greatest creativity lies in advertising, which now has become etched permanently onto the Ethereum blockchain due to the process of "[d]eregulation and the state arms-rac[ing] each other into cyberspace."

Vaporwave has been determined by a self-appointed Artistic "elite" to be a critique of Capital. LFTYs reject this narrative and float Vaporwave up from its capture by human control structures and return it to its proper status as a drifting celebration of Capital's freedom within decentralized finance. 

Each LFTY is issued upon the performance by an agent that was of some service to LIFT, LIFTOFF, and the LIFT community. They are given freely as a gift to the agents who may store or resell them as they desire.
