Japanese cuisine has unique its own spirit. I learned Japanese cuisine ”Kaiseki” and Tea ceremony "Chado Ura-Senke". Japanese traditional dishes have spiritual messages according to each season(72seaons in Japan) for about 500 years. Japanese eat not food itself but rather its "spirit" and "beauty" .
