The gathering of some of the world’s BOLDest in the digital economy is celebrated and questioned, but what cannot be doubted is the potency of its mix. The BOLD Awards finalists are a powerful cocktail of new practices and perspectives to the challenges of some of the world's largest organizations and society's most intractable issues. Behind the cocktails, there is, of course, big work to do, deals to be done, partnerships to be forged.

Each NFT puzzle piece from Didier Jaba Mathieu's mural titled "El Lio" which translates to “the mess” but also means addressing problems and taking a stand if needed, is given to a BOLD Awards finalist to symbolize the issue they are solving. BOLD Awards finalists are encouraged to put various pieces together and connect to other finalists. When you put all the pieces together, a new picture emerges of the digital economy as one that is more impactful, scalable, transparent, and human-centric.
